Hi! Im Vanessa and I am searching for one lady identifying roommate to fill a room in my Burbank home. It would be just you and me living here.

This bedroom would be UNFURNISHED (disregard furnishings shown in photo, everything will be cleared out for you) and you'd have your own private garaged car spot, closet and bathroom. Huge closet space for your in your room. This is a huge spacious 3 br. town house/apt, 2 bath.

The second un-used bedroom we (ideally) would share a spare room catch-all room or I am more than willing to this room being more of your office space or multi purpose room, yoga, self tape, music , recording - whatever it is you do outside of your bedroom. *It is not pictured, only your bed room is pictured* So you potentially will have 2 rooms for yourself should we be a good fit together. Id just ask to use some small amount of closet space in this 2nd room, if possible.

Lots of shared closet and linen coat closet space in the home. No bad over head lighting anywhere,

You'd have your own private bathroom (lots of counter and storage space), parking spot in our shared garage attached to our home. Storage space avail in garage as well. Central Air, washer/dryer on site, huge spaces , lots of privacy and natural light, safe to walk around all hours of day or night outside, and there are horses outside your window.

About you:
you - have a regular, steady job, are very clean, hygenic and very tidy, are not an addict/alcoholic, are female identifying, are liberal (no MAGA) and are LGBTQIA+ friendly.
Just looking for one chill person who is clean and works. I'm sorry but no 420 indoors whatsoever, ever as well as tobacco smoking. Welcome to do that outside the house, this is due to fire saftey reasons. If you have a pet, lets talk, you must be responsible and tidy.

About Vanessa: I WFH / computer desk job in the living room, so I am home alone 9-6 during the week. I cook a lot and will occasionally share food and meals with you.
