One of our roommates is officially moving out at the end of October, so we are seeking a new female/queer roommate who will make a great fit with two chill filmmaker/actors in a two story townhouse apartment. There's an occasional movie night, and we do hang - we work to make sure our apartment is a nice place to unwind however, so we don't frequently party there.
Rent before utilities is $975 a month, on a month-by-month lease, and utilities usually round out to about 80-100 each. The room is on the second floor, private, and includes a walk-in closet and bathroom with a bath/shower. There is also a parking spot in the complex garage as well that whoever moves in is welcome to take
Living room is fully furnished, and kitchen has a fridge/microwave/dishwasher etc. There's a laundry room onsite that takes quarters, and the townhouse is on a very safe suburban street in Burbank near grocery stores and coffee shops. We walk around all the time, super safe!
