We have a 3 bedroom condo and my gf and I live here alone. We share a room. One room is a guest room/my wfh office and the other furnished or unfurnished room would be yours. You would also have your own bathroom which is a really good size with nice standup shower with fancy tiles and a spot to sit also. We are located in Burbank in a nice quiet neighborhood. You would have your own parking spot in the garage as well. The place is really nice with a big balcony with lots of plants and flowers. We have two little tiny doggies named Maya and Inca. They are super sweet and love people. They are also quiet and well behaved. We just completed the room yesterday so I still need to do some things here and get some pics posted in the next day or so. Its a really nice place and you'd be very happy with the price for rent and utilities. We are willing to negotiate on rent to a certain extent depending on each situation.
