Rented house in Boyle Heights seeking long term fourth roommate. (month-to-month lease but ideal person is looking to stay long term)

4 Bedrooms, 2 Bath (we each share bathroom with one person, this bathroom is shared with female roommate for those who wish to know), in-home laundry, gas stovetop range, fridge/freezer, parking in gated backyard lot, some storage space in garage, and front & backyards.

Utilities we pay(not included with rent): Internet, gas, and LADWP which covers power/water/sewage/trash.

Looking for friendly folks who ideally are full-time employed and will be respectful of other roommates, the house and the neighborhood. The neighborhood is mostly single-family homes and small apartments, very residential and calm.

House is just over the bridge from downtown with Metro access just a couple blocks away and multiple nearby freeway entrances (but not so close that it is noisy, ideal distance!)

Prefer non-Cig smokers, no smoking cigs inside house.

*Landlord will require application fee and fee for background check if we proceed with you as the prospective tenant.

**Important to note there is a cat in the home so if you have allergies or have an aversion to cats this won't be a great fit.

She's small and shy and lives in her owner's room, but when he is home she is permitted to roam and lounge in the common areas of the house. She will not be permitted in anyone else's bedroom unless they give permission.
