Looking for a chill tenant for an available room in our house. We are a couple and share one of the rooms in the house. Its a three bedroom house with two bathrooms, a large yard, and in-unit laundry. There is tandem parking available. We want someone who is kind, communicative, and responsible. A student or professional with good references and/or willing to provide a background check and credit check. My partner and I work full time, enjoy cooking dinner and watching movies, we are quiet and chill. We like hosting a few friends occasionally but enjoy peaceful evenings and weekends most of the time. We have a dog and two cats who are all friendly with people, but we are not looking to add anymore pets to our home at this time. Please message with any questions!
