1 Large unfurnished room available in a large 3 bedroom/ 2 bath apartment. One female and one male roommate working professionals. Looking for 1 more roommate. I work in the music/entertainment industry and the other roommate is a professional dungeon master.
This in a would be a subtle till February. Then you'll have the option to sign on for a year lease. There probably is a security deposit I just have to find out and update in the morning.

Spacious room available, 20"/14". has a lager window that let's in a lot of natural light. Has its own closet. Comes with its own air conditioning unit, as well as a newly installed overhead fan and light. It has a closet just outside the door that can be used for your personal storage.

Shared bathroom w/full bath with the male roommate. Unit has wood flooring for most apartment, just the dining room in the kitchen have a concrete flooring.

The unit has its own washer and dryer, large kitchen with lots of cabinets.

Large living room and dining room with lots of natural lighting.

Centrally located in walking from mariachi station & bus stops, near highway 5 and 10, grocery stores, park, post office, library hospital and police station.

The arts districts and Little Tokyo are also walking distance.

Street parking, you can usually find parking near by but never more then within a block or two.

Safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Safe mailing location, Never had a package take off the porch. Outside sitting area and garden.

No cigarette smokers as I have a to sensitivity.
Will be the internet and power.

We have Crunchyroll and Amazon video for common use.

Pets are ok with pet deposit. We will need to meet the cat/dog/ect to make sure we can all get along. I love all animals and could help out with dog walking
