The owners are two male professionals with a detached bedroom and private lounge at the back of the property. They have their bathroom, refrigerator, and washer/dryer, so the toilet, refrigerator, and the other washer/dryer set will be primarily assigned for your use and the housemate.

THE RENT
The monthly rent is $ 1,485, including ALL UTILITIES - power, water, gas, trash pick-up, Fiber internet/Wi-Fi (500 Mbps), and cleaning services of common areas every two weeks.
Includes Paper Products - Paper towels, Bathroom Toilet Paper, and Table Napkins/Dish and Hand soaps
Month-to-Month but requires a 30-day notice before moving out.
First and last month's rent and a refundable key deposit of $400 are required for move-in.
