share large 1 bedroom 1 ba. Your area is the unused living room that has its own screen tv with remote & large windows w/ mountain views & front door entrance for you. Internet tv paid by me as me as well as electric and gas. You can put up makeshift divider for privacy. The Starbucks across street has 2 bathrooms & there's lots of parking here. Quiet a must especially evenings (6pm to 6am). I need brief restroom use 6am to 7am before i depart on most days. No smoking of any kind on property land. Temporary ok since i may or may not move out come Summer. No visitors unless it is agreed upon ahead of time.
