One bedroom available in a 3 bed, 2 bath apartment in Pico Robertson (1472 S Bedford St). The room does not have a private bathroom but will share the hallway bathroom with one other roommate. You also get a private porch connected to your room.

About the Apartment:
- Spacious layout with a separate door to the living room for added privacy between common and bedroom areas.
Plentiful storage with a sliding mirror closet in the bedroom, and 2 utility/coat closets in the common area, and bathroom storage.

- Kitchen with hella counter space. I put in a shelf in the living room for lots of appliances as well so there’s plenty of room to prep

- Affordable rent for the area, and rent-controlled (max 4% increase per year)

- Garbage disposal and dishwasher

- About 0.5 miles walking distance to Target, LA Fitness, Starbucks, Chase Bank, and more
Neighborhood is centrally/south-centrally located: close to Beverly Hills, Culver City, West Hollywood, The Grove, Mid-City. All very easy to drive to.

About Parking:
- Street parking is generally easy over here.

- We also have 2 tandem parking spots. I almost always park on the street except on street cleaning days. On street cleaning days we can guarantee you a spot on the driveway so no worries there.

- From time to time, we block each other's cars and have to move so the other person can get out, but we are pretty chill about it and understand it’s just part of living here.

About the Roommates:
- Two male roommates, 25 and 26 years old.

- One works in patient advocacy, he is full time in office with early hours (~6am-4pm)

- The other one works in post production, at the moment mostly WFH but not expecting it to be a permanent situation.
Friendly, clean, and respectful of shared spaces.
