Term: month-to-month. $1,400/month plus bills. $2,800 deposit is due up front. Bills (internet, water, gas, etc) will be split equally between us.

Large kitchen with gas stove+vent, 2 ovens, air fryer, microwave, dishwasher, breakfast nook
Large communal backyard and front patio (these are shared with the other unit in the duplex)

Street parking (Beverly Hills sells day and night permits for about 200 per year)
In-unit washer and dryer
Dog friendly (if dog is hypoallergenic)
No cats
No smoking
Strong 1Gig mesh WiFi system
Overnight guests are allowed within reason
Central air conditioning and heating (currently being repaired)
We have yet to furnish the backyard
The cleaning lady comes 1-2 times per month
I occasionally dog sit my sister's doodles.
Some space in the garage is available for storage.
3-bedroom unit on the second floor of a duplex; a family lives in the other unit on the ground floor
The third bedroom is presently empty, but you will have input on who will live there.
