I am renting a large private fully furnished room ( bed, dresser, side tables/lamps, large tv and small couch) with a large closet in my apartment. This is for one person (10'x12') with lots of light. Apt includes shared bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer located inside unit. Temporary is ideal, min 3 months. The rent amount will include the cost of basic utilities

Willing to discount for students or other special circumstances.

Location is a prime residential street in Beverly Hills between Wilshire & Olympic, close to where Wilshire and Santa Monica blvds cross making it public Transit friendly as well. Street parking available.
Within 5blocks of any direction you will find yourself on Rodeo Dr., shopping at the Century City Mall or working out at the many gyms in the area. If you work in Century City or Beverly Hills this is the place you want to be.
