Single Room month-to-month in Spacious Apartment

Hi! My roommate and I are looking for somebody for our third room in our spacious apartment in a recently renovated 5-unit building. The unit includes parking (with a garage that we share as roommates but plenty of street parking), nest thermostat, refrigerator, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, washer + dryer, and a shared bathroom. Furthermore, the apartment includes a spacious room that can be furnished into an office.

My roommate Tessa is from the Boston area and works at Paramount, and I (Tristan) am from Germany and am in school for clinical psychology. We are very easygoing but also keep busy with our work.

The area is right by the entry of Beverly Hills. It's very easy to get anywhere from here.

We are looking for someone who is either a student or professional- requirements would be a) you are ok with ensuring that the apartment remains clean and b) you are ok with not making too much noise throughout the day (as both of us work from home).

Total cost for the apartment is $4000 until the end of May 2023, with the room cost to be at $1250, after which the cost will increase to $4500, leaving the cost at $1416 starting at the month of June. The biggest upside to this apartment is that it's on month-to-month basis. The third room is available starting March 24. Feel free to text or email me, and I'm happy to answer any questions!
