House from the street

Hello! I am looking for a person to fill a room in a house. This is a private bedroom/bathroom in a house with two housemates in separate rooms.

The room is 12' x 12' and has a large closet, a private entrance, and built-in shelfing.

The house includes a washer/dryer, two private parking spots (one of which would be dedicated for you), a dishwasher, central air conditioning/heating, a large kitchen with lots of storage, a spacious entry room, and a private yard. The communal areas are fully furnished by the two housemates.

The house is central in the city and in an extremely walkable and safe neighborhood, within a half-mile walk there is:
- a Target
- a weekly farmer's market
- a library
- a Smart&Final extra (a grocery store)
- various restaurants and fast food places

Rent is $1400/month + WiFi and utilities (landlord pays water, usually all combined are about $70/month). Rent negotiable in exchange for non-dedicated parking. The two housemates are a brother and sister who are young working professionals in their mid-20s and like keeping the house clean. The house is smoke/vape free and does not allow pets.
