ROOM:

This is my house, my sanctuary. I keep my apartment clean tidy and organized. Please refer to the pictures for description, I recently added a desk and a hanging rack. Potential extra storage upon request.

ABOUT ME:

I am a female, Grad Student, B. F. A on Fine Arts working on my M. A on Applied Behavioral Analysis. I am a calm, clean respectful person and expect the same from you. My house is my sanctuary, I keep it clean and organized all the time. Every other week my 13-year-old daughter stays with me, she is super chill. When she is with me, we leave the house early morning and come home late in the afternoon. I travel very frequently for work, meaning you will have the whole apartment for yourself very frequent. I am a social person, but I also need my own space to work on my M. A. I try to not interfere with my roommate, but always down to share a dinner or coffee if the chemistry is right :)

ABOUT YOU:

Female, clean, respectful, and organized. Must have full-time job, or be a full-time student and must have EXCELLENT credit.

RULES:

NO DRUGS.
NO HEAVY DRINKING.
NO SMOKING. (If you smoke, you will need to go to the street, as smoking in the common area is prohibited).
NO LOUD MUSIC.
RENT (and deposit) IS DUE THE DAY YOU MOVE IN AND FOLLOWING RENT IS DUE THE SAME DAY ON THE FOLLOWING MONTHS.

Very SAFE and beautiful. Often described as quintessential Southern California seaside communities, Long Beach's Belmont Shore is known for their sandy beaches, calm lagoons, picturesque canals, boardwalks lined with elegant homes, and Second Street. Second Street is a 15 block shopping, dining, and entertainment district featuring unique restaurants, specialty shops, and boutiques. Plenty of street parking.
