I'm happy to offer a monthly private room and bathroom in my two bedroom two bath condo! We are located four blocks from the beach and walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars, and shops. There is ample parking on the street and guest parking available on certain days. Must love dogs as I have two adorable 20 pound Chihuahuas. The room is furnished with a queen bed, TV, and large closet. Wi-Fi and utilities all included. There is a shared barbecue, dining area, and fire pit as well!
