Hello! My fiancé and I are renting out an 11x11 foot bedroom in our cozy Belmont Heights apartment. The room comes with a spacious closet and access to a lovely balcony. You'll be sharing the bathroom and kitchen with us.
Utilities (internet, electricity) will be split. The apartment is conveniently located just a 5 to 10-minute drive from CSULB and the beach, with grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. Parking is readily available on the street, though please be mindful of the street sweeping schedule.
We have a very sweet cat who loves to make new friends. We've been in this apartment and neighborhood for 5 years and absolutely love it.
