One bed/shared bath in 3br/2bathapt

Looking for a roommate to fill one room in a three bedroom 2 bath apt in Long Beach. The room will SHARE a bathroom w one other MALE roommate. Good neighborhood, 3 blocks from the bluffs to walk along and view the ocean.
Room is unfurnished, but the rest of the apt is fully furnished and not a lot of storage space for extra stuff.

RENT:
The room alone is $800.
Unfurnished.
WiFi= approximately $30 a month (each)
SCE= about $20-30 a month (each)
LBC gas/trash= about $20 (each but recently gone up from wild gas prices)
So TOTAL rent ESTIMATED per month is around $900

Proof of income/credit/background check mandatory with our property management. Application fee will be needed.

Looking for someone that doesn’t work remotely, but understand a hybrid working situation.

No pets allowed (even esa pets, as I sometimes bring a dog I’m sitting over), SINGLE occupancy only (visitors are welcome just not on a super regular basis i. e. having your significant other stay over almost every night!)
No cig smokers please, I don’t smoke but can be friendly as long as you keep it chill and aren’t stinking up the living room 👍🏼)
Please be respectful, clean, aware of other roommates and sleeping schedules, so not slamming doors and being loud.
About us:
Katie: I am 30. have my own dog walking business in the South Bay so I am usually out all day during the week. Sometimes I will hav a dog stay at the apt that I’m sitting but it’s pretty rare, as I usually stay at the clients house. I like to go out and have a good time but I’m usually not one to bring the party home, as it’s a safe space to relax and not be disturbed. Also we live in a 4 unit complex so we like to be respectful of our neighbors of course.
Roommate nights are fun.
I am a huge LA Kings / Dodgers/ Bills fan.
Mike: Mike works with live music shows and bartends. He’s awesome and chill. Kings/packers fan. We both like to watch sports and go to local bars or go back to the South Bay where most of our friends are to hang. I Read Less
