Bedroom approximately 15’x11’ w/ ceiling fan, huge walk-in closet (10’ x 5’10”),large bathroom (8’ x 10’ with a double sink vanity & a tiled walk-in shower). All told the suite is roughly 296 square feet - all to yourself! This is the largest bedroom in the apartment.
General Unit Deets:
This is a 3 bedroom townhouse on the LA River Path in the River House community.
Close proximity to Griffith & Elysian Park, LA River path, bars & restaurants like Spoke, Salazar, Frogtown Brewery, Wax Paper Sandwiches to name a few. Plus you’re close to DTLA, Dodger Stadium, Silver Lake, Echo Park, Los Feliz.
$1550/month plus utils & house cleaning.
Our utilities are relatively low, we pay for gas, electric & wifi.
Lease length 13 months
The housecleaning is every two weeks & is $160/month per person. Our cleaning lady is lovely & does a fantastic job!
There is a no pet policy.

Controlled access parking. You will share tandem parking with me in our garage. Yes that means communicating to swap spots. It’s generally not a huge deal. There is also street parking available.

Large communal outdoor area for BBQing & sitting.
We have several gates that allow you to walk right out on the River Path.
I’ve been here for 3 years & the house is fully furnished. I will be at the other end of the hall from you occupying the smaller 2 bedrooms & bathroom. I would say the biggest downside is lack of storage but it's pretty average for LA . There’s a balcony off the dining room with cafe seating that doesn't get much use, but maybe you'll change that! We have an eat in kitchen with great appliances & all sorts of small appliances. When I have the time I love cooking in there! We also have a dining room & of course living room & a 1/2 bath.
Me:
I’m LGBT friendly, a liberal voter & fully vaxxed. Please note that I work in a business that requires me to test negative for COVID. It’s a little stressful for me but being fully vaxxed & boosted helps keep that at bay. I even keep rapid tests in the house for when I travel.
This is a non smoking home but weed friendly! I have been trying to keep smoking of all things outside.
I work in the film industry which at times can keep me super busy. I am an extrovert-extrovert. I have a pretty active social life that’s returning thanks to being vaccinated. I like art, dancing, hiking, camping & I love my friends dearly. I go to events like burning man & I listen to all kinds of music. I’m a huge communicator about things & expect that to be a two way street. I find communication to be key in all of my relationships. Being honest & forthcoming as well as rational when approaching a conflict is super important. In other words passive aggressive behavior or gaslighting etc really won’t work in this household.
