This is a 3bed 2 1/2 bath condo unit. Property is close to major freeways 91,605,105,710,405. Indian market, Walmart, Costo, Grocery stores, Cerritos mall are all near by. Very quite, safe, neighborhood. We stay very clean. Room has a window , 55“4k tv, table and chair to wrk on, queen size bed with foam mattress and 2 night stands and a nice size closet. My boyfrnd and I are in the master bedroom with our own restroom. 2nd room is occupied with 1 single male roomate. We are trying to rent the 3rd room . You cannot cook Cow beef in the home for religious reasons sorry. No alcohol, drugs, pets, smoking or overnight visitors allowed.
