Large master bedroom with a shared bathroom. Utilities are not included, and there is a PG&E bill each month. The WiFi is $35 a month as well. There is one other tenant in the house (student ), we are looking for a student that has no dogs or kids (preferably a female). There is a 24 hour gym and laundry mat on site as well as a pool and hot tub available during operating hours. There is street parking all day, but a permit is required from the hours of 2-5 A. M. Walking distance to a popular breakfast joint, a farmers market, and a 24-hour pizza place. The 492 bus stop is just across the street from the apartment. The Mountain View Apartments are a perfect drive to numerous colleges. Please contact if you have any more questions about the location or apartment!
