*Must be clean, quiet, considerate, and drama-Free
*Month to month lease, Subject to Credit report, 3 references, proof of income, no eviction history

ABOUT THE HOUSE:
*Rent includes utilities and 1 off street parking
*Shared bathroom w/another single male
*Shared fridge and microwave for a light cooker.
*We take our social life out, this is a clean, safe, peaceful environment
*Close to everything!
