ABOUT ME:
I’m 27, currently single, and live here with my 3 y/o cat Nyx. Nyx is a very clean and non-disruptive cat overall. He mostly sleeps during the day and is good at entertaining himself. He’s never been one to scratch up furniture or spray. The only thing I know for certain is that he does not play well with other cats.
I am a Manager, Production at a company under 20th. I work at the office Tuesday-Thursday and work from home Monday/Friday. I use the shared office space on Monday & Friday typically.
I’m aspiring to attend grad school to get my MBA.
Some hobbies of mine include hiking, biking, brewing beer once in a while, skiing, running, playing pool, reading comic books, attending concerts/comedy shows, and playing board games with friends.
I’m a very clean person to the point where I don’t expect people to be as clean as me, but some things I do look for in a roommate is the ability to clean up the kitchen after cooking a meal. That makes me happy :)
I am a quiet roommate, I don’t have people over super often but when I do I also let my roommate know. Once in a blue moon, I will throw a small party or movie night.
There is also so much space here to make this place your own as much as it is mine! I am open to changing things up :)

WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THIS PLACE!
When I moved into this place, I immediately fell in love. It’s quiet and has beautiful views of the mountains. You will open your front door to an orange tree with some of the most juicy oranges you’ll ever have!
It’s on the second story of a 2 unit building and a part of a 2 building/4 unit small community.
SO MUCH STORAGE SPACE
I’ve had minimal issues with the unit since moving in November of 2021.
Always ample street parking if you have friends over
Super close to incredible hikes in Angeles National Forest
Great tennis courts just a short drive up to road
Walking distance from the center of Altadena where coffee shops, bars, and restaurants are.
