Room In Motorhome

71 YEAR OLD (engaged... not interested in other romantic relationships... call me grandpa or older brother.... that is what my friends in the Philippines call me. My fiance is there still.) PROPERTY MAINTENANCE man living in 29 foot motorhome gives you the private bedroom (full size bed, comfortable or put your own mattress) and share kitchen and bath. Yes it is a small living environment but I am gone all the time days usually 7 days a week doing community work. You may be here 24/7 whatever you want but when I come home about 8pm or days I work here at the property outside I will be in and out. there are two desks in the main area and two comfortable desk chairs so you have room for your computer or whatever you wish during the day or night though at 10 pm I will be sleeping in that room. Keep working if you wish all night. I sleep soundly but rise at 4am every day and do my studying for a couple hours before I leave between 7am and 9am usually. I only eat once at home each evening so you can cook whatever you wish anytime you wish. There is a rice cooker, pressure cooker and juicer here. Half of the fridge and freezer are yours (about half the size of a conventional fridge). I will upload photos of the place if requested. If you've seen a 30 year old motor home (has a non-rv toilet in a room of its own and a small shower stall in a room of its own and your room has a door also and I will add locks to the accordian interior doors as needed for your comfort. There are two locks on the entry door for the security of your things. Parking is on the street which is aboout 150 feet from the door to the rv through two gates. The rent is $100 a week or $400 a month. Very good shopping is near as well as colleges within 5 miles. Freeway is 1 mile away. This is a hillside community with large properties and streets near JPL (Jet Propulsion Laboratory). I do not drink and do not wish to have drinkers live here. Nothing wrong with it but I spend all my extra money to feed poor people in other countries who suffer intensely. I simply need to live with people having similar intentions.
