Hi! We're 2 professionals (and a very cute cat) who work in the entertainment industry looking for one person to rent a spacious room with a walk in closet, shared 1.5 bathrooms, and large common areas including a home gym and self tape/photography area. Looking for one person for the room.

The bedroom is 12’ x 13’ plus a walk in closet, unfurnished (pictures with furniture are just to show scale), ceiling fan/light, and window. You would be sharing a bathroom with one femal3. tenant, and there is a common ½ bath downstairs.

Common areas include a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher, patio area with a garden and bbq and a swing, central air with strong AC, guest bed, home gym, and living room with vaulted ceilings. Laundry with a washer and dryer in the unit, guest parking in the back, street parking is plentiful, and city street parking passes are cheap. One tenant has an audio recording studio and photography/video set-up. We have a ring doorbell and security cameras for the property.

We are walking distance to downtown Alhambra: tons of great food, a movie theater, and parks. We're about 10 min from the 10 and the 110, and close to buses and the train. No smoking indoors.

Utilities: Water and trash are included. Gas, electricity, and wi-fi are a separate monthly charge. Wi-Fi is very fast wifi7 mesh network.

Seeking a roommate that is LGBTQ+ positive, vaccinated, cleans up after themselves, and is reasonably quiet. No pets, as we already have a very friendly cat (Bear) who does not get along with other animals.
