Hi there! My roommates and I are looking for a friendly, clean, and mature fourth roomie to join us in our lil home. Please note: Lease is month-to-month but we’re hoping to find someone longterm!

💸 Rent + Utilities
* Rent: $730/month
* Utilities: ~$80-$100/month (Gas, Water, Internet, Trash is quarterly) - Electricity is included up to $150/mo!

📆 Move-In Requirements

* Security deposit: $875
* Application submission for background check, no application fee required
* No pets

* Cozy, unfurnished front bedroom
- Can comfortably fit a full-size mattress, dresser, and small night stand
- White desk pictured is available for purchase!
* Mirrored closet doors and three windows with tons of natural light
* Shared bathroom with one other person that includes a large shower, individual sinks, and ample storage

* Central heating & A/C (both recently updated)
* In-unit washer and dryer
* Dishwasher, gas stove + modern kitchen
* Designated shelves in pantry and fridge
* Front living room and second back entertainment space with Smart TV
* Access to all shared spaces including backyard with outdoor patio for hosting
* Detached garage for storage (we’re currently upgrading the garage to hopefully use as a workout/ extra entertainment space!)
* Private driveway but street parking also available with city permit

* Safe residential area and surrounding neighborhoods with access to parks, cafes, and shopping centers
* ~5 min drive to Downtown Alhambra and South Pasadena

👩🏽‍💼 About Us:
Three mid-20’s working professional women who are friendly, clean, and mindful of each other’s space. We all have varying schedules and mostly do our own thing so the house stays quiet for the most part, but we love to catch up and all enjoy hosting! Guests/overnight guests are okay - just let us know in advance. Two of us work hybrid schedules and wfh throughout the week :)

We enjoy being outdoors/active, gaming, going out and going to concerts/shows, traveling, and hobbies include yoga + pilates, puzzles, reading, and love a good game night

⭐️ Ideal Roomie:
We are looking for a clean, easy-going, and open-minded gal that we can mesh well with! Our future roommate is ideally in their mid/late 20’s-early 30’s with stable proof of income. As roomies we appreciate communication and working together to resolve anything having to do with the house :)
