Private room with attached bathroom for rent.

I’m looking to move out soon and have someone take over my month-to-month lease in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome in Alhambra. It is 5 minutes away from downtown Alhambra by Main and Garfield.

You will have the master bedroom with an attached full bathroom and a large walk in closet. The room is on the end of the third floor, giving you lots of privacy, and it is incredibly spacious. For reference, the room is approximately 15.5in x 12in ft. Bathroom is 8ft x 6ft. There is lots of extra storage room throughout the closets in the home and in the garage.

Ideally the roommate will be a female, as the 2 other roommates are girls in their late 20s. Washer and dryer are onsite, right outside the master bedroom for easy access. The second floor has a large living room, a kitchen, and a half bathroom, which are all common areas. There is also a 3-car-garage available for one car downstairs which would be shared with the roommates, as well as ample street parking. Must be okay with pets as one of the roommates has a friendly female cat.

Move-in date would ideally be November 1 or December 1, but this is flexible. If interested, please let me know and I will be happy to schedule a time to show you the room and meet the other roommates!

Rent is $1,215 monthly and the security deposit will be $1,155. The only utilities included in the rent are water and trash. Internet, electricity and gas bills are split equally with the 2 other roommates.
