It’s a 2 bedroom I occupy one of the rooms, the other room is vacant.

Most of my time is used up. So the place could use a touch here and there. I spend about 4 days a week cleaning for about 5-10 minutes.

The guest bedroom needs serious work. I use the space frugally

Have fridge and gas oven, but the food ends up in my stomach, I cook about 4 days per week. And don’t mind sharing.

The power could go out due to the wind

Most of my free time is Used up on my business activities. I have about 3 hours of free time daily. I spend it taking walks and doing art or even music therapy.

I’m going to take the next week to talk to potential clients. The place is available starting October 1. Will take clients sooner if they can pay directly in cash on the day of the formal meeting for applicant The deposit is negotiable. Don’t expect to get it back if you do t show, or if you ruin the place. I put my own money in maintaining the property stability. It costs me a fortune ⚜️

The rules of the house are simple

Make a mess clean it up.
No loud music.
No guests after 5pm
No sleepovers
No drugs
No dogs
No cats

First time is a warning ⛔️
Second time I call the cops and your stuff ends up on the sidewalk. 🤛

Forget about the money you paid. In two days it will be the food in my stomach. 😇
