Very quiet neighborhood, cozy home , we are chill and work during the day and would like the ideal tenant to work in the afternoons. We are looking for a responsible female or male. We will be running a background check and need verify of paystubs. There is a queen size bed with comforter and tv and a huge closet . The hallway restroom is just for the 1 tenant which is you so the restroom is all yours! The Kitchen can be used anytime. access to the garage with washer and dryer anytime , there is a fridge in the garage as well. Tenant has access to the backyard if they like . The room is ready for immediate Move in . $700 a month with a $300 deposit. Were only renting out one room to one tenant only . no couples 😃 Its a month to Month . Looking to rent out for a year or so
