Current residents are myself, and my 31 and 20 yr old daughters. We’re funny, fun, kind - and are very close knit. We love nature, game nights, live music, art, family time, and animals.

This is a peaceful living environment. We personally don’t drink, or smoke. However, don’t mind if you do socially. 420 Friendly. *Outside only. No partying, illegal substances or drama. We all get along very well. Communication is big for us. It’s important to find someone with that same emotional maturity. We’re a non judging, LGBT+ family.

We have dogs - ages 4 to 10. I worked in special needs rescue for 26 years. *Will not be taking in more dogs. My home is clean, and the dogs don’t hang out in the rental bedroom areas. *They’re all potty trained. We work with an amazing behaviorist/trainer. Our dogs are from horrific conditions. We’ve worked VERY hard to have a well rounded, loving, content pack. They are family. They’re quirky, and VERY sweet. They all think they’re lap dogs. 🥰

Rooms have keyed locks. 2 shared bathrooms. Large, personal linen closet. Access to all common living areas and laundry. Designated parking. Renters have a large fridge of their own in the laundry room, and a large cabinet in the kitchen for food and cooking items.

!! We are also converting the garage into a GYM!! Which you will have access to use. :)
