Private entrance room available across from park

I own a home that is newly remodeled across from a hiking park and only one neighbor so it is very private in the San Pablo hills pretty central to everything in the Bay Area. I use to work at the Hilton in SF and it only took me about 20mins driving during non commuting hours and during commute hours Bart is 5mins away and you can still be in SF in about 20mins on the Bart train. Very quiet space. I stay there during the week to break up my commute since my family now lives towards Sacramento area. The other two guys there who stay there full time is a medical student and a gym supervisor. The bathroom is shared but fully remodeled. Please see the photos. The room has a private entrance for $1100 plus utilities which is usually around $100. Home has Wi-Fi, landscaping, patio areas to enjoy the view of SF, security cameras with phone access. This home is for working professionals and students, no drugs no smoking and no excessive drinking( a drink here and there is totally fine) allowed on the property.
