We are a family of 4, my husband, myself, two daughters(10 yr old and a 1 yr old). We are looking for a friendly roommate preferably female. In our 5 bedroom house, we have one empty room(no furniture) available with shared restroom $800 per month. Restroom will be shared with our sweet female roommate. She is a working CNA and nursing student.
Utilities included in rent are water, solar electricity, gas, garbage, high speed internet. It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking, so if you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. As a roommate you will have access to the kitchen.
