Two Private Rooms in Large Peaceful Home

Two upstairs private rooms available in a large four bedroom house. Those two rooms share hallway bathroom and shower. I have my own. There’s a half-bath downstairs in the common area. Both rooms have large closets and ceiling lights and fans. You'll share clean kitchen and common space. Great setting with views, nature, patio, large yard.

I’m Sid. I identify as gender-queer/non-binary. I’m a kind, caring, thoughtful person. I’m down-to-earth and authentic. I’m approachable and easy to talk to. I’m from Michigan originally, but happily living in the Bay Area since ’87. I have a background in writing, editing and serving people with intellectual disabilities. I play guitar. My 21-year-old son lives in the home and has two cats. We have a lot of pets, so are hoping yours lives in a cage in your room. My friendly poodle/bichon Willie is here week on/week off. Bullwinkle and Chop the guinea pigs are here as well. The house is warm, spacious, peaceful and comfortable.

The home is close to Contra Costa College, DeAnza High, Marie Murphy Middle, and Valley View Elementary, with a bus from down the street to CCC, Fitzgerald Dr, Blume/Klose and BART. Rooms can be furnished or unfurnished. $1650 for the two rooms, or will rent separately for $1000 and $850. Great place for Mom or Dad with a kid/s, students, prefer no couples.
