About the place: Triplex apartment building in a GREAT LOCATION! Downtown Martinez is just a 5 minute WALK! The apartment is situated at the top of a hill, on a dead-end street, so it is very quiet and there is little street traffic. Also, there are INCREDIBLE VIEWS of the Carquinez Strait, Benicia Bridge and Mt. Diablo! Additionally, there is a nearby hiking trail and a park. The unit has two bedrooms, which are located on the second floor. Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom and there is also a half bath located off the kitchen. The washer and dryer are located upstairs, in the hallway by the bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. The living and dining room are fully furnished. There is a porch with all the views and a garden along the entry way. Lastly, there is a two-car garage, meaning plenty of storage space for you! There’s also plenty of parking space in the driveway.
About the room: The available room has an amazing view of Mt. Diablo and the Benicia Bridge. It has a full sized closet, which has mirrored sliding doors. The bathroom has a walk in shower with great water pressure.
