Peach Tree Place

The name is peach tree because of the tree in our front yard that provides delicious fruit every year, more than we can eat. The property is clean and upkept by myself and the rooms are all clean and furnished. I make it a point that the place be presentable at any time, no slobs. You will have access to the whole house as well as the gigantic back yard. Laundry is free and on-site. All utilities are also free. Looking for some down to earth real people to fill the rooms, trustworthy and clean. For what you get you can’t go wrong. I am always available should a need arise. I will pro-rate the month if you want to move n before the 1st. If youndont have full deposit, talk to me to work something out.
