Lovely, large room in quiet home

This room at the back of this 2-story 1904house was remodeled for a wheelchair-bound person, so it's large, bright and has a large deck overlooking the back garden. Ideal for someone who works remotely or needs a quiet space. Garden and unheated greenhouse. I've been here 30+ years and know most of the neighbors. There's an active block community for safety, earthquake preparedness, etc. I park in the driveway and street parking may be tight at times. I occupy one of the 3 bedrooms and the other, smaller, front room is sometimes occupied by a friend, relative or paying guest. Had 2 young ladies, a student and a teacher, staying most of last year and we managed just fine with the one upstairs bathroom and the downstairs 'half bath'. This is a whole-house situation (feel free to plant a veggie garden!) but the room does have some appliances such as a microwave, an electric kettle and a Keurig coffee-maker. I am at work Mon-Fri and sometimes go out of town with my boyfriend on Saturdays. Church and housekeeping on Sundays. A small dog would be just fine, though we used to have Rottweilers .... It would be nice to share the house with another professional woman or post-grad who can keep her stuff tidy - and remind me to keep my own stuff tidy! People say I'm very flexible, easy-going (yeah, oldest of 11 will do that!) and keep a calm and comfy home-from-home.
