I am the primary tenant currently living in the unit; a friendly guy in his late 20s. I've already furnished the entire downstairs (full kitchen and living room). I keep neat for the most part, I tend to do my chores at the end of the day as I work in the city during the day. I like to hang low and have a friend over occasionally during the week but tend to be a bit more social on the weekends. Very receptive to communication, will definitely work to fix anything if it is not working, and expect the same. No bringing the party home unless previously discussed. Interests of mine include cooking, gardening, outdoors, festivals (mostly EDM and rap), travel, and decent amount of tv.
