Looking for a roommate for a sunny, quiet room with a view in a top-floor condo in Ivy Hill / Cleveland Heights / Bella Vista beautiful neighborhood of Oakland. The room has a private bathroom and spacious closet.

Shared spaces are the kitchen with dishwasher, dining room, living room, and two big outdoor decks with views and a tree.

Rent is $1700 monthly plus 1/3 of utilities (electric, trash, and Internet only).

We are a couple in our 30s and work in the East Bay 60+ hours/ week. We'd like to find someone who is into community living, considerate, and respectful.

Located 1.2 miles from Lake Merritt, 1.8 miles from Bart, and 0.8 miles from Highland Hospital.
