Beautiful remodeled 3BD/1BTH house off of Automall Parkway! Fantastic location between both freeways with good neighbors. I’m looking for a RESPONSIBLE roommate with a stable job & ability to effectively communicate. If you can help me keep the common space neat and don’t mind having guests over occasionally, you’d be the perfect roommate for me! :)
One of the rooms is already fitted with a bed up for grabs, however you can choose between the two available bedrooms.
Smoking is not preferred, but outside is fine with me as long as you’re not tracking in the smell! Even though the listing states that I prefer no pets, I’ve got a great backyard and a soft spot for dogs. I love all pets, but I’m terribly allergic to cats. 😅
