Beautiful 2b/2b apartment to share

Hi! My current roommate is moving out of the area and I'm looking for the right person to share this lovely 2 bed 2 bath apartment. I'm open to taking either one of the bedrooms and having you take the other.

Bedroom 1 w/ Office ($1850): dimension is about 14 x 11.5, very spacious, fits a king size bed, a couch, a TV, a bookshelf and more. There's an additional office space connected to this bedroom, that'll be used for whoever takes this bedroom. A full bathroom with shower is located right outside of the office space, it'll be the dedicated bathroom for this bedroom.

Bedroom 2 ($1650): Ultra spacious at 16 x 12, comfortably fits a king size bed, a couch, office desk + chair, an electronic piano, a large wardrobe, with tons of additional space to spare, almost feels like a studio apartment on its own. For reference the rug shown in the picture is 5x8. It also has a large closet. There's a full bathroom with a bath tub that's dedicated to this bedroom.

The living room could be partially furnished or unfurnished, so you’re welcome to bring your own furnitures. Washer/Dryer in unit. Brand new dishwasher. Off-street parking available, street parking is safe and easy too.

We have a lovely little backyard, you can grow plants and vegetables, we have a picnic table and a grill too. There's also a very spacious shed for extra storage room and can be used as an art studio or occasional movie night too.

The house is located on a quiet street at the border of Emeryville and Oakland, with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, public transit etc. A few blocks away from Arizmendi Bakery, half a mile away from Safeway, a short drive from several other grocery stores (Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Berkeley Bowl, Sprouts) and restaurants etc. It's about 16 minutes walk to the MacArthur BART station, there are a few bus lines that run a block away and I believe some of them go to SF.

About me:
I’m a mid-30s female professional. I work full time, mostly from home but go into the office when needed. I’m pretty quiet and easy going, but also love to hang out and catch up occasionally. I like to keep the common area clean and tidy. Outside of work I like to stay active, I go to gym regularly, love rock climbing, hiking, running and biking, and general outdoorsy stuff.

The room will be available on Oct 1st. The lease will be 6 months minimum, then month to month, longer term preferred. Utilities will be split evenly between the two of us.
