Unfurnished room for woman in Castro Valley

Hello, I have a nice unfurnished room available, in a clean 2 bedroom house. There is a nice sitting area in the yard for warm sunny days. We would share the bathroom.
Renting to a single responsible female only, must be clean and must be employed full time outside the house. No smoking, drugs, or overnight guests. No pets, sorry I'm allergic.
Month to month lease, though I'm looking to rent hopefully for a long period of time.
The room should be available Dec 2, but I am flexible as to date moving in, for the right person.
Laundry unit and also some storage is available in the garage. Lite cooking is also available.
Walk to Castro Valley BART or The Village easily. A safe and quiet area, I've lived here a long time and all my neighbors are great!
Wi-fi, garbage, and water included in rent.
P G & E cost to be shared, though it usually is not too much.
I'm semi-retired , considerate and I have my grandkids over here and there.
They are so cute, but I can send them home...lol
