A quiet, spacious, and unfurnished private room with bathroom that was recently remodeled with all new hardwood floors, new paint, new door, new window and new bathroom fixtures. One male housemate currently works from home and we are looking for a male roommate.

Location:
The house is conveniently located near San Leandro BART station and I-880 freeway so it’s great for commuters. BART ride into SF is about 25 minutes. Close to groceries, restaurants, shops, Oakland Int’l airport and Costco. Several colleges are nearby including UC Berkeley, CSU East Bay, Chabot College, Mills College, Laney College, College of Alameda.

Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Laundry Room
The shared spaces are semi-furnished with a couch, coffee table and dining table. Housemates are expected to clean up after themselves in the shared spaces.
