I have 2 very small, clean, friendly dogs . Rent is $1100 month (plus $300 refundable Security Deposit) and includes most utilities plus broadband. BART is 1 block and numerous commercial establishments (Banks, markets, restaurants, stores, gas, etc.) are all a short walk. I am a clean, quiet, respectful, very friendly and easy going 60 yo professional male, that respects others privacy and personal space. I'm looking for a quiet, clean, considerate and communicative individual. Tenant must be drug/drama free, responsible, and values a very clean kitchen and bathroom. Best for someone full time employed off-site, or full-time student.
