The house is located in Castro Valley, with a beautiful view, safe, quiet and family oriented neighborhood. Close to Bart, shopping 880 and 580 freeway.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

-We are looking for someone who is responsible, friendly, reasonably quiet, and easy going.
-Someone who is reliable & has a steady full-time job, able to pay on time every month and has no problem cleaning up after themselves.
Willing to take their turn cleaning the common shared areas once a month between the four of us.
-Someone who is a non-smoker, non-drug user, as well as a non-"party" type person. Outside smoker ok, Occasional visitor ok. Absolutely no drug or alcohol abuse from tenants or their guests.
-This room will only be rented to one person only, no frequent overnight guests.

I am a 65-year-old male Painting Contractor, and I work out of my house and garage & and I am a friend of Bill W's.
We have a very relaxed kick back house, drama free!
