Hello! I am renting out my second bedroom with private bathroom for someone chill and friendly. I wfh so would prefer to have opposite schedules or you work away from home. I have a 25 lb Australian shepherd she's 2. We play/train a lot outdoors so she's pretty calm inside and lovesss attention. I pretty much relax in the living room and cook after work and on weekends so someone who is okay with sharing the communal space or staying to yourself is ideal. Room is 11.5 x 18 ft. Comes with bed, side table and armoire. Armoire can be removed. You're free to use garage storage and hallway closet, kitchen etc. I want you to feel comfortable in the space!
I have tandem parking garage and the community has plenty first come parking.
There is a bus station, gym and grocery store within a 3 minute walk. Super close to san leandro bart and downtown San Leandro.
