Bathroom was completely redone and new carpets in all the upstairs within the last month. You will have access to kitchen and all cooking elements. Laundry available. Street parking and usually no issue finding a spot. close to bus line and the bay is a short 10 minute walk away with great views and walking/riding paths.
You must like dogs as I have one who will bark but doesn't bite. He usually decides the tenant :) .
Room is furnished with bed/bookcase/lamp (mini fridge if you want) (Desk if you want). If you do not need anything all of it can be removed for you.
