We live in a spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath Victorian with lovely flower and vegetable gardens. Ripe and ready to pick fresh veggies. Our city is centrally located, so its easy to get anywhere in the Bay Area. Alameda has some great restaurants, pubs, and city-wide events/festivals.

We are a married couple, clean (but not too fussy), easy-going, outdoorsy, and like to play games, and you are invited to join in. We love our privavy and will respect your personal space and privacy too. We like to travel and are gone quite frequently.

All utilities and wifi are included in the rent of the room. Our place is a quick walk to the beach and several amazing parks if you want to chill or take in nature. Just a 2-minute walk to the bus stop that takes you to Berkeley, San Francisco and everywhere in between. The room is available August 1st.
