Hi there! I have a very nice, quiet studio available in Oakland’s desirable neighborhood of Adam’s Point. Rent is $1500 per month, water and garbage included. The other utilities are very cheap, I pay around $40 per month. Deposit is $1700. A personal parking spot is available for an extra $100. 12 month lease. This is a ground floor (but is still elevated) studio with big windows and amazing lighting, lots of storage space, and a full kitchen and bathroom. *I grabbed the pictures from some videos I had of the studio so I apologize if they’re not the best quality. Dm or text me and I’m happy to send you the full videos that I have, they’re awesome! Move-in date negotiable.
I was recently laid off and am moving back home to SoCal, so I am trying to end my lease early. This is NOT a sublet. You would have to be approved by the management company and sign a lease with them. I would, of course, help with this process. This building is run by Beacon Properties — they are very responsive and attentive. The neighbors are great — kind but quiet. The building is very safe with buzz in and physical key entry. All entrances and exits remained locked at all times. There is also a very cute courtyard and back area! I’ve loved living here and am very sad to leave. This is such a great location and space!
