Stainless steel appliances (gas stove, dishwasher), lots of storage/closet space, outside entrance (no hallways) with beautiful staircase lined with plants. Laundry in building. I have furnishing for the common areas (walls and plants coming soon), equipped kitchen, what’s mine is yours for the most part. SECOND ROOM IS NOT FURNISHED

THE LOGISTICS - I’m in process with the landlord, you will join me on the lease

MYSELF - I grew up in the Bay and was raised in a family of a jewish grandmother, black grandpa and uncle, hawaiian uncle and cousins, and puertorican auntie. Before moving back to the Bay, I went to university in NYC and lived in brilliant neighborhoods in the Bronx and Harlem for several years. Right now I’m working from home as a business analyst. I have friends from all over the world y hablo español. I’ve lived in a house of 10, an apartment of 4, at home with my parents (as an adult) and on my own in a mobile home.

Some things that are important to me in the home… cleanliness and organization, dim lights in the evening, quiet during the night for good sleep, fresh air (open windows, no chemicals/fragrances/smoke)

THE LOCATION - Centrally located; A block from Lake Merritt and Lakeside Park; walking distance to weekend farmer’s market, Grand Ave restaurants/shops, Whole Foods and Sprouts, Fitness SF and 24 Hour Fitness, downtown and public transit, easy access to Hwy 580.
