$525 monthly rent - female roommate wanted

About the Room/Home:
This is a 4 bedroom house with each person having their own bedroom and sharing bathroom with one person. There is use of a full kitchen, living room, washer/dryer and backyard. Parking is on the street. Cable, Internet, Electricity, Water and Sewer is included in the monthly rent of $525.00

I am both the lease holder (I rent the home from a private company) and live on the premises as well. Since we are going through a pandemic at this time, I would like to discuss the questions below as a pre-screening to ensure that this is a good fit for all parties. After a phone interview, you will be notified if a home tour will be scheduled.

The room available is located on the 2nd floor. It has 2 windows and a closet. A hall closet that is shared with one other person. The room dimensions are

Pets:
There are pets in the home, 2 cats and a dog. If you are allergic or not pet friendly, this is not the home for you to consider. There will be no other pets accepted.

Visitor Policy:
There are currently no visitors allowed until further notice due to the Pandemic. Under normal circumstances guests are allowed during the daytime hours. I would ask all roommates to let each other know when they were having company. No overnight guests allowed.

In order to see the room/home you must have:
? A reference from your current landlord
? A personal reference.
? Proof of Income (last 2 weeks pay stubs or source of income)
