Includes shared bathroom, electric, water, access on site washer and dryer, use of kitchen. You are also welcome to bring your own furniture.

It is a private, 2-story home. The room for rent is downstairs. Currently there is one other tenant downstairs in a separate bedroom who you would be sharing a bathroom with.

Parking available on the street in front of the house.
Move in date is 06/01/2019, but is negotiable if the tenant is interested in moving in sooner.

June 1 move in date. Can be month-to-month, but must notify landlord month in advance if you plan to move out. Rental amount negotiable for long term rental
